Email andrew@leanengineering.io for account help, billing questions, district onboarding, or to report a bug. We respond to school and district requests within one business day.

For urgent student-data or privacy questions, put “PRIVACY” in the subject line so it is routed first.

• Create an account and choose the Educator/Parent role.
• Add students from the Classroom page — students sign in with a username, no email needed.
• Print login cards for your class from Classroom → Login cards.
• Assign lessons from the Assignments page and track results under Reports.

• Sign in with the username and password on your login card.
• Pick a lesson from the Game Hub and finish it to earn coins.
• Spend coins in the Shop on avatars, or save toward a goal in your Wallet.

• A student forgot their password. An educator can reset it from Classroom → student row → Reset password.
• Nothing loads on a school network. Allow the site domain plus the app’s backend domain in your web filter; the app also caches lessons for short offline periods.
• A student needs larger text or reduced motion. Settings → Display & Accessibility.
• Do you support Spanish? Yes — use the EN/ES switch in the top navigation.
• How do we delete our data? Settings → Data & Privacy, or email us and we will remove the whole classroom or district.
