Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using MoneyQuest you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a school or district, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Accounts and eligibility
Educator, parent, and administrator accounts require a valid email address and must be created by an adult. Student accounts are created by an educator or parent and use a username rather than an email address. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other classrooms, districts, or families.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate content into announcements or store items.
- Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
Plans and seats
Free and paid plans include a maximum number of student seats. Exceeding the seat limit blocks creating additional students until seats are freed or the plan is upgraded. Paid plans renew on the stated cycle and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the paid period.
Classroom economy and coins
Coins, badges, avatars, and classroom store items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Educators are solely responsible for fulfilling any real-world reward they offer in their own classroom store.
Content ownership
Lessons, question banks, and platform design remain the property of Lean Engineering. Content you create (announcements, custom store items, rosters) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to host and display it within the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or place the safety of student data at risk.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when terms change materially. Questions: andrew@leanengineering.io.
